We reserve the right to terminate any account at our sole discretion. In such cases, we will notify you of the account termination via email. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any service without prior notice. We shall not be held liable if, for any reason, this website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

  • Product Pricing All prices listed on this website are shown in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Unless there is an obvious error, your acceptance of the order signifies your agreement to pay the price displayed on this website. We make every effort to ensure all prices displayed on this website are accurate, but we cannot guarantee that all prices are error-free and reserve the right to correct any errors. If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible, at which point you may choose to reconfirm or cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled. If your credit card / debit card account is not denominated in HKD, the final charge will be calculated in your account currency by your issuing bank based on the applicable exchange rate on the transaction date.
  • Shipping / Delivery Time Detailed product descriptions and estimated delivery dates are provided for each product on the website. All delivery dates and times are estimates only. In the event of force majeure, shipping delays may occur. Such factors include, but are not limited to: customs inspections of parcels, flight delays, weather conditions, natural disasters, epidemics, air freight congestion due to high cargo volumes, local government restrictions, and logistics delays.
  • Limited Stock Inventory may become out of stock if it is not updated in real time. If an item becomes out of stock after payment, we will contact you as soon as possible.
  • Returns, Refunds, or Order Cancellations Once payment is confirmed, this website will not accept any requests for order cancellation or refunds. Goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We make every effort to ensure product quality and proper packaging prior to dispatch; however, we cannot guarantee that goods will remain undamaged during transit. Buyers opting for postal/courier delivery assume all shipping risks. If you receive an item that differs from your order, please contact our Customer Service department and provide photos of the product concerned, and we will arrange an exchange. Please note that returned items must be intact and in a condition that does not affect re-sale. This includes being unopened and unused, and returned complete with all tags, accessories, and original packaging. We reserve the right of final decision regarding all returns and exchanges.

Refunds are strictly applicable only to cases where an item becomes "out of stock after an order is placed." In such cases, we will contact the customer (via email/phone) to obtain bank account details and issue a full refund via bank transfer.
